网络问题求助

系统用的是深度5.7，用的是小区宽带，接入商给提供的有IP，网关甚至，刚开始以为是其他软件冲突问题，然后重新做的系统，什么都安装，登录QQ，QQ能登录上，但是无法聊天，一直卡，直接无响应，打开网页，需要刷新多次才能显示网页，并且速度很慢，在网页上输入论坛的登录密码什么的也会卡，PING IP，第一次无任何显示，需要多打开几次才能显示PING界面，但是PING值正常，无丢包，
用ADSL上网没有任何问题，求助，如何解决，是我的问题还是接入商的问题，或许我说的无法帮你判断，请告诉我怎么检测连接情况，谢谢了，很急

"用ADSL上网没有任何问题"，说明问题不在你的机器，在小区宽带的网络。
“PING IP，第一次无任何显示，需要多打开几次才能显示PING界面”，是什么意思呢？你是在开始-运行里输入PING ip地址命令然后点确定？不通的话是没有窗口出来。我一般是开始-运行-输入CMD，再PING，不通可见timeout。建议ping 网关、外网，逐段测试。

就是输入PING IP以后，回车只显示一个DOS窗口，其他什么都没的，我PING网关还有IP了连接正常，但是他就是还那样，网页刷新多次才能打开，QQ无响应，不停报错

dns是好的。只不过dns上没有PTR的纪录，没有影响的。

ping外网基本不丢包，延时稳定
DNS查询多，应答少
HTTP部分地址有大的延时，但访问CSNA基本正常

从这个包没有看出什么问题，还是请接入商来，把故障演示给他看。
你似乎有一个交换机，两个电脑，都有这样的故障吗？
